Kunthesh Chheda has studied Civil Engineering and has completed his Masters in Family Business Management from S. P Jain Institute of Management and Research.

Taking a look at his journey from the onset, he has experienced it all, be it the perks of rise in Mumbai real estate from 2003 to 2008, to facing American lead recession in 2008 or gripping his feet back into business from 2009-2013 known as 10X boom of real estate industry or adapting to the revised D.P in 2014. Taking on with demonetisation in 2016 or welcoming the entry of new reforms in 2017 such as RERA or introduction of G.S.T, to standing strong and adhering to his commitments during 2020 pandemic his experiences has been quite exténsive and impressive.

His craftmanship has acted as a vital cog in the company be it during trading land parcels to building complex's, to entering into redevelopments or to work with different government models and schemes. Adapting to new systems or bringing in reforms in the functionality of the working template he has always been a great driving factor.

His quest for knowledge and to constantly grow with every given opportunity is unparallel. He believes that any work executed with hard work and perseverance combined with passion and integrity can move mountains.
